Hotel Cuore Nagasaki Ekimae

Right in front of the hotel is the lift to the overhead bridge. Walked past the hotel without knowing. We arrived before 2pm and the staff allowed us to check into our room as it was already ready. It was such an expected surprise. For anyone who arrives before the rooms are ready, there are lockers to store one's luggage. The tram station is in front of the hotel so travelling by tram is very convenient. Walking distance away is the JR station, the bus terminal and a shopping complex. Very good location. Breakfast was Japanese style and very well presented. Some may find the choices rather limited but since it is a buffet, there is no stopping one to eat more of what one likes.

The location was convenient to all forms of transportation. I did a quick 2 minute check-in with my car parked illegally in a small lot just around the corner. I was given a sheet with instructions to get to the reduced rate lot the hotel uses a short block away, and I was back out the hotel door and on my way to legal parking in about 3 minutes tops. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Well run.

Staffs were friendly and respectful upon entering. There’s free bathroom amenities at hotel lobby for free! Near and convenient to Nagasaki station. Lawson and family mart are beside the hotel only.

About 5 minutes away from Nagasaki station via a mall / overhead passage, with escalators and a lift all the way if you have heavy luggage. There is a launderette, amenities like facial wash/bath salts are free and on one of the floors you can help yourself to different types of pillows, lamps, humidifiers and even a trouser presses.

Excellent location close to main train station, tram stop and bus routes. Bus from airport ended its route across the road from the hotel. Good sized room with settee and comfortable bed. Sold one day tram pass which made access to all the main tourist sites easy. Great value. Breakfast had a reasonable choice.
