Right in front of the hotel is the lift to the overhead bridge. Walked past the hotel without knowing. We arrived before 2pm and the staff allowed us to check into our room as it was already ready. It was such an expected surprise. For anyone who arrives before the rooms are ready, there are lockers to store one's luggage. The tram station is in front of the hotel so travelling by tram is very convenient. Walking distance away is the JR station, the bus terminal and a shopping complex. Very good location. Breakfast was Japanese style and very well presented. Some may find the choices rather limited but since it is a buffet, there is no stopping one to eat more of what one likes.

Great hotel, right on the Nagasaki station, so very easy to get to when getting to Nagasaki, also very easy to get everywhere in Nagasaki. There is a nice alley outside the hotel with good restaurants, and much more restaurants nearby. There are convenient stores right outside the hotel. The room was clean, equipped with everything needed. Very fast WiFi, I could make some work from my laptop which was very convenient for me.

The location was convenient to all forms of transportation. I did a quick 2 minute check-in with my car parked illegally in a small lot just around the corner. I was given a sheet with instructions to get to the reduced rate lot the hotel uses a short block away, and I was back out the hotel door and on my way to legal parking in about 3 minutes tops. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Well run.

Excellent location just opposite train station with large shopping complex. Tram and bus stops including airport transfer almost at front door Staff helpful and friendly. Very sterile lobby. Certainly no vibe. And only microwave on a smoking floor. Very unpleasant and unhealthy. Public areas should be smoke free. Room very small but functional with comfy bed. Good outlook. Able to open window.

About 5 minutes away from Nagasaki station via a mall / overhead passage, with escalators and a lift all the way if you have heavy luggage. There is a launderette, amenities like facial wash/bath salts are free and on one of the floors you can help yourself to different types of pillows, lamps, humidifiers and even a trouser presses.
